UNDERSTAND AND BE UNDERSTOOD!
This course will help you understand and be understood in Spanish. It will focus on key Spanish phrases for basic traffic stops, essential commands and common danger words. Knowing these phrases will help you be more effective and avoid potential misunderstandings, while also building trust with the Spanish speaking community. (This course is geared towards people with little to no previous Spanish experience.)

This 5 hour intensive courses is geared toward getting 911 dispatch the right Spanish words and phrases to take a call from a native Spanish speaker.
Course includes: Gathering basic information, location, asking basic questions, key phrases.
