Spanish phrases to help de-escalate a situation - Level 1
Beginner Level - Little to no previous Spanish
Areas of focus: Basic introduction, simple phrases to express you are there to help, listen and answer questions.

Area of focus: Law enforcement will learn Spanish phrases to get basic information, explain why they are being stopped and if they are issuing a ticket or warning.
