These online courses are not like other general online Spanish courses. These courses teach you what you need to know for your line of work. Subsequent courses build upon the previous level.

Courses can also be taken independently.

Spanish phrases to help de-escalate a situation - Level 1

Spanish for Law Enforcement, level 1 August 7-9, 2024 - Hosted by Lochbuie PD
This 3 day intensive course will focus on key Spanish phrases for basic traffic stops, essential commands and common danger words. Knowing these phrases will help you avoid potential misunderstandings, while also building trust with the Spanish speaking community. This course is geared towards people with little to no previous Spanish experience.
